The condition an index key attribute accepts: the declared value it must
equal, or a BeginsWithFilter prefix of the stored form.
The same vocabulary as QueryFilterValue without IN or $contains,
neither of which DynamoDB accepts in a key condition — and with comparisons
that do not compose, since the expression has room for one condition on the
sort key. A range here narrows what DynamoDB reads, where a range in a filter
discards rows after reading them.
Offered on every index key attribute because indexName is a bare string:
dyna-record does not know which attribute the index uses as its sort key, so
it cannot offer the range only there.
